Description:
TEKHQS, a premier technology firm headquartered in Lake Forest, CA, USA, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager / Lead Generation Specialist to drive online marketing initiatives and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy to attract and convert potential customers.
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies for B2B/B2C customer acquisition.
Identify and target ideal customer profiles through paid and organic marketing channels.
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing for lead generation.
Optimize landing pages, forms, and CTAs to enhance lead conversion rates.
Track, measure, and analyze lead data to improve performance.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
Utilize email marketing and automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop targeted social media campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience in hosting podcasts, seminars, and industry events is a plus.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI for lead generation campaigns.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM software to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO strategies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or technology industries.
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
