Brand Bonjour is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Growth Strategist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who excels at building brands, generating qualified leads, optimizing digital campaigns, and implementing scalable marketing systems.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in LinkedIn growth strategies, social media management, paid advertising, CRM management, marketing automation, AI-powered marketing, and webinar-based audience development. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies for both personal and corporate brands.
- Manage LinkedIn profiles, newsletters, Sales Navigator campaigns, engagement initiatives, and strategic outreach.
- Create, manage, and maintain content calendars and social media publishing schedules.
- Oversee and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels.
- Manage CRM systems, lead pipelines, and customer journeys to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Build, optimize, and maintain marketing automations, workflows, and integrations using GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars, live sessions, and virtual events to increase audience engagement and generate high-quality leads.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, outreach campaigns, lead generation, and marketing efficiency.
- Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn branding, optimization, and audience growth.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content marketing, and community engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads campaign management.
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM platforms, and lead management systems.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, workflow optimization, integrations, and scheduling platforms.
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful webinars and virtual events that drive audience growth and business development.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, content creation, and productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
