We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital strategies that drive lead generation, online visibility, brand engagement, and property sales/rentals across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital growth, with experience in the UK property sector.
What will your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Manager entail?
📈 Digital Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate property leads, particularly for landlord lead generation, and elevate the brand.
- Oversee performance of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) focused on tenant acquisition and investor engagement.
💻 Content & SEO
- Manage the creation and optimization of website content, blog articles, property listings, landing pages, and SEO metadata.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
📱 Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
- Create and schedule engaging property and lifestyle content, videos, and updates.
📨 Email Marketing & CRM
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns for tenant retention, property updates, and investor relations.
- Manage CRM tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp to segment audiences and track performance.
📊 Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
🤝 Collaborations & Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales, lettings, and property management teams to align marketing with real-time business goals.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, or freelancers when necessary.
📌 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property, or lifestyle sectors.
· Should have a proven track record in landlord lead generation.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, social media, CRM, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
- WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite (optional)
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
⭐ Preferred:
- Experience in the UK real estate/property marketing and Landlords lead generation.
- Familiarity with UK housing regulations, lettings cycles, and seasonal demand trends.
