Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in both paid and organic digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media marketing, organic growth strategies, SEO, YouTube Video SEO, and performance advertising across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Marketing
- TikTok Marketing
- Drive organic growth across all social media platforms through content planning, engagement strategies, and performance analysis.
- Optimize YouTube videos for search, suggested videos, and audience retention (YouTube Video SEO).
- Perform SEO activities to improve website and content rankings.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns with proven budget handling.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality creatives.
- Create basic graphic designs for ads and social posts (plus point).
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok marketing.
- Proven expertise in organic growth strategies across social media platforms.
- Solid knowledge of YouTube Video SEO and channel optimization.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and YouTube Ads, including budget management.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
