Description:
Own Amazon growth across paid media and organic search. You’ll plan and run PPC (SP/SB/SD/DSP optional), build and optimize listings (SEO + CRO), and turn data into actions that drive rank, conversion, and profitable sales for our towels, sheets, and kitchen linens.
Key Responsibilities
PPC Strategy & Execution
- Build account strategy by marketplace, category, and lifecycle stage; set budgets, targets (ACOS/TACoS/ROAS), and pacing.
- Launch and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display (and DSP if used): keyword/ASIN targeting, bids, dayparting, placements, negatives, and audience retargeting.
- Create structured campaign architectures (prospecting vs. harvesting, auto → manual funnels), and ongoing search-term mining.
- Implement promos/coupons/deals in sync with PPC pushes (Prime events, seasonality).
Listing SEO & Content
- Keyword research (short-tail/long-tail) and competitor gap analysis; map primary/secondary keywords to titles, bullets, A+ and backend.
- Write clear, compliant copy tailored to home textiles (GSM, yarn counts, CVC/PC blends, absorbency, care).
- Coordinate creatives (photography, infographics, A+/Brand Store) and run A/B tests via Manage Your Experiments.
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Diagnose conversion leaks across sessions → PDP → cart; iterate on images, reviews/Vine strategy, pricing, and value props.
- Partner with operations to align packaging/dimensions with fee tiers where it helps CVR and contribution margin.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own weekly dashboards for ACOS/TACoS, CTR, CVR, CPC, rank, sessions, share of voice, Top-of-Search%, new-to-brand.
- Use Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Category/Competitor tracking to guide keyword and budget shifts.
- Report test outcomes with clear recommendations; forecast impact and ROI.
Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure adherence to Amazon policies (claims, keywords, image/text specs).
- Collaborate with supply chain/3PL to sync stock with spend (avoid stockouts while scaling winners).
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- TACoS within target and trending down quarter-over-quarter
- Top 10 organic rank on core keywords for key ASINs
- CTR and CVR improvements from listing tests (A/B)
- Efficient scaling of winners (revenue ↑, ACOS stable/down)
- Healthy review velocity (policy-compliant) and Brand Store engagement
Requirements
- 2–4+ years hands-on Amazon PPC + SEO experience for FBA brands (agency or in-house).
- Strong command of Seller Central, Brand Registry, Brand Analytics, SQP, MYE.
- Proven track record improving rank and profit on mid-to-large catalogs.
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS; basic Power Query). Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Tooling: Helium 10/Jungle Scout (or similar); optional PPC tools (Perpetua, Pacvue, Adtomic, etc.).
- Copywriting + brief writing skills; ability to direct designers for images/A+ and uphold brand voice.
- Domain fluency in home textiles (towels, sheets, GSM, yarn counts, blends, care & quality cues).
- Strong analytical mindset, test discipline, and clear communication.
