Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive, located in Karachi. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing marketing campaigns, developing and executing strategies, making content, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing efforts. The role requires day-to-day collaboration with the sales and research team, developing content that aligns with the company's goals, and ensuring the company's digital presence is engaging and effective.
What you will do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Design and execute marketing and sales funnels that drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Collaborate on content creation strategies — from ad creatives to landing pages, email sequences, and more.
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities for growth.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep us at the top of our game.
- Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements for the role:
- Proven experience with performance marketing, especially in paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.
- Hands-on skills in content marketing — ability to create video content that converts.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and building funnels.
- Excellent Knowledge in setup and troubleshooting tracking and attribution
- Creative thinker with analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset.
- SEO, basic design skills (Canva, Adobe), or experience with CRM systems.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Stock Market is a plus.
