Description:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be the engine behind our digital campaigns — planning, executing, and optimizing strategies across channels. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure performance-driven marketing aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, etc.)
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, CTRs, CPC, conversions, and ROI metrics
- Assist in developing client-specific strategies using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics
- Coordinate closely with designers and content writers to ensure timely asset delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital tools
- Support lead generation efforts with effective funnels and remarketing tactics
- Manage and optimize company’s online presence, including basic website SEO audits
- Collaborate with the sales and customer teams to align messaging and offers
- Suggest creative growth hacks and data-backed improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
