Description:
Supernet, a leading name in the telecommunications and technology industry, is actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to enhance and manage the online presence of the Supernet group of companies. This key role is central to the company's digital communication strategy and requires a professional who is passionate about marketing, branding, and audience engagement through digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of all social media activities, including content creation, brand consistency, and targeted communication. This position demands exceptional communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and hands-on experience with social media tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and regularly update LinkedIn and other social media platforms for all Supernet entities.
Design and implement a consistent content posting schedule to maximize engagement and reach.
Monitor engagement on social platforms (comments, mentions, messages) and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Work with the creative team to design visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
Ensure all digital content is accurate, informative, aligned with brand values, and relevant to the target audience.
Develop editorial calendars and manage content pipelines efficiently.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to create value-driven posts.
Collaborate with sales and product managers to gather accurate and updated content inputs.
Lead communication efforts between departments and the creative agency.
Guarantee at least one quality post per week across all social media platforms to maintain visibility and brand awareness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven expertise in content creation and social media management.
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Effective organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and digital tools.
Experience working alongside creative teams is a plus.
Familiarity with the telecommunications or technology sector is considered an advantage.
