We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Digital Literacy Trainer to join our team and make a difference. This role involves training students who have discontinued studies after matriculation in basic computer skills as per current trends – the objective is simple; equipping them to join the skilled workforce and bridge the digital divide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in digital literacy.

· Create and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.

· Conduct comprehensive digital literacy training sessions with a practical approach to enhance learning.

· Track student progress and offer valuable feedback for improvement.

· Provide personalized support and mentorship to students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

· Guide students in creating professional portfolios to help them secure jobs.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior training experience.
