Digital Health Advisor

Description:

The position is responsible for driving the digital transformation of healthcare practices by promoting and supporting the adoption of digital health tools among healthcare providers (HCPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach doctors and other healthcare providers for digitalization.
• Train HCPs and follow-up for queries to ensure usage of digital tools (e.g., EMR, online platforms, apps, and telemedicine).
• Collect and analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain reports of medical data and ensure proper usage by doctors.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–4 years working experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, preferably engaging with HCPs.
• Hands-on experience with EMRs, telemedicine platforms, healthcare apps, or other digital health solutions will be preferred.
• Experience in data collection, reporting, and basic analysis, ideally within a healthcare context.
• Experience in managing schedules, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and following up on tasks.
• Must be a Pharm-D OR hold a degree in one of the following disciplines: Technology and Medicine.
