PTCL Group is seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Executive to serve as the frontline representative for its digital presence. This role requires a tech-savvy and articulate communicator to engage customers across various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about delivering exceptional online customer experiences.

As the voice of the brand, you will manage digital communication touchpoints, respond to customer inquiries, enhance engagement through content and campaigns, and play a vital role in building brand loyalty. Your contributions will also support reputation management by addressing feedback and fostering positive online conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain official social media accounts with consistent branding and tone

  • Respond promptly to customer queries through chat, email, and social media

  • Monitor and address customer reviews and feedback across platforms

  • Create and promote engaging content and digital campaigns

  • Foster a vibrant online community and build customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

  • Experience in the telecom/mobile networks/technology industry is a plus

  • Previous experience with international campaigns or clients is advantageous

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Strong problem-solving skills and digital fluency

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage online platforms
