10Native is seeking a Digital Analytics & Reporting Specialist who can help us make smarter, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity, and advanced data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
What You’ll Do
- Implement, configure, and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties, events, and conversions.
- Design and maintain GTM setups (tags, triggers, variables) for accurate tracking.
- Use Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and session recordings.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and automate custom dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Audit tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to validate dataLayer structures and campaign tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with analytics trends, privacy laws (such as GDPR/CCPA), and consent management practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with GA4 and GTM implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for user behavior tracking.
- Proficiency in building data reports/dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of dataLayer, event tracking, and UTM parameters.
- Bonus: Experience with server-side tagging, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Segment.
