Real Versatile Technologies is hiring : Digital Ads Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

We’re looking for a motivated Digital Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, analyzing data, and improving results based on KPIs.

Responsibilities:
-Create, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
-Conduct keyword and audience research
-Track performance and prepare weekly reports
-Suggest improvements to increase ROI

Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience running paid ads
-Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
-Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
-Good communication and time-management skills
