Digital Account Manager

SocialSharings is hiring Account Managers to join our growing team in Karachi. We’re looking for candidates who are passionate about building strong client relationships, have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), and possess a genuine interest in sports - particularly pickleball and padel. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and excited to work with sports-focused brands while managing international clients effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns

• Monitor account performance and share regular progress updates

• Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels

• Maintain accurate records and reports for all client accounts

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential and non-negotiable.

• Interest or background in sports preferred

• Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
