Devops Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Faisalabad.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, monitoring systems, and ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, system performance, and security best practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong collaboration skills to work closely with both development and operations teams.

Responsibilities
 

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Automate deployment and release processes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (or similar).
• Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Stay updated with DevOps trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
