What we Require

• Manage and lead Software development

team

• Maintain action item tracker, follow up with the stake holders and improve team efficiency

• Pursue and follow up on pending tasks internally and externally.

• Raise, coordinate and ensure follow up with the client POC’s refining the existing requirements

• Handle complaints and provide support to client for the individual customer complaints being escalated to commercial support team

• Organize various professional people working on all projects.

• Make sure aims of the projects and quality standard are met.

• Monitor relevant project staff to ensure guidelines are implemented /maintained.

• Develop, Track, support platforms development and ensure accuracy for implementation

• Identify potential process/service enhancements, escalate as appropriate

, and suggest.

• Capable to deliver back-end and front-end software development services. Build efficient programs and systems that serve/comply user needs, writing/modifying code to fix errors, adapt it to hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. S/he will also be involved in directing system testing and validation procedures.

• To be successful in this role, s/he will need extensive knowledge of programming languages, with visual design skills.

 

Desired Qualifications, Capabilities and Experience:

 

• Master's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology from well-

reputed University

• Minimum 5 years post qualification, hands-on experience of Application and Products development, data migration.

• Having delivered at least 5 key projects or involved in project budgetary cost of 5 million PKR, or span of at least 3 months development.

• Broad experience with Microsoft office & other relevant tools,

• Have good communication skills with proficiency in English, with ability to influence

colleagues and decision-makers

• High level of integrity and ethics

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Able to work with a high degree of execution power and passion

• Demonstrate commitment, maturity, flexibility and speed in response to challenges
