Description:

Phygital Games Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Development Officer to expand partnerships, secure sponsorships, and build strong relationships with educational institutions and organizations for the growth of Phygital Games and Phygital Tournaments.

Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

* Experience in organizing and managing sports tournaments and events

* Proven experience in sponsorship acquisition and partner engagement

* Strong network with schools, colleges, universities, and other institutions

* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning and successful execution of Phygital Games initiatives and events

* Develop collaborations with schools, colleges, universities, and institutions

* Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for Phygital Tournaments

* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders

* Represent Phygital Games in meetings, presentations, and networking events

* Prepare proposals, partnership agreements, and sponsorship packages
