The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Pakistan is hiring a Development & Leasing Manager to drive our expansion pipeline by identifying high-potential locations and closing strong lease deals across Pakistan.

Key Focus:
Site scouting & feasibility (high-street, malls, corporate zones)
Lease negotiation (commercial terms, fit-out period, signage rights, etc.)
Documentation (LOI, term sheet, lease coordination)
Site handover readiness in coordination with projects/design/ops

Reporting to: Directors/VP

Location: Lahore/Islamabad (with nationwide travel)
