An exciting opportunity is available for a Deskside Support Technician to join a global technology foundation services team based in Karachi. This role is designed for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional ready to provide on-site IT support and ensure seamless technology experiences for business users.

As a Digital Concierge, you will serve as the primary on-the-ground support resource, addressing hardware issues including printing and meeting room technology malfunctions. You will assist in executing global hardware refresh projects and support major events such as Townhall setups. A key part of your role will involve guiding users through Tech Foundation processes involving devices such as laptops, mobile phones, iPads, and the UNA platform.

You will act as a crucial communication bridge between end-users and global IT support teams, ensuring all processes align with global IT policies without local workarounds. Your responsibilities will include managing escalation processes promptly to ensure SLA compliance, ultimately enhancing the IT support experience across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with global IT support systems and a solid understanding of Tech Foundation services. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and adherence to industry best practices. Collaboration and problem-solving abilities will help you thrive in this role.
