Description:
We are looking to hire a Design Engineer who can survey, plan & design our solar energy projects. The right individual will be responsible for designing grid-connected & off-grid solar systems using the latest simulation & design softwares.
What you’ll do:
- Manage proposals and obtain related services to provide design consultation for projects, drawings and schedule with project team.
- Supporting the sales team with site surveys and technical feasibility assessments.
- Production of technical specifications and drawings using softwares like AutoCAD, AutoCAD (electrical), Helioscope, PVSYST, Sketchup, etc.
- Review solar system engineering designs, modeling, and performance data, and provide engineering support during the construction process.
- Improve efficiency of project development and project selection process.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure accurate execution.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar industry.
- Hands on experience in AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup & Helioscope.
- Command on design and simulation of Solar PV System, layout diagrams & site
