Deputy Segment Manager

International Industries Limited (IIL) is a globally recognized manufacturer of pipes and tubes, with over 75 years of industry leadership and a presence in 60+ countries. IIL is seeking a Deputy Segment Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth, manage existing customers, and explore new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Sales & Customer Management

• Manage existing customers & expand business within the assigned segment and area.
• Conduct market visits, customer mapping, and key account management.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while exploring new market opportunities.

📈 Business Development & Strategy

• Perform business development, market research, customer retention, and sales management.
• Work on tenders, bids, and proposal submissions for consultants, government, and public sector projects.
• Assist and develop the sales team through technical product training.

📆 Operations & Coordination

• Oversee weekly & monthly sales reporting, CRM management, and forecasting.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Collaborate with the Production Planning Department to meet company-wide sales needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education & Experience

• B.E in Civil Engineering + MBA (preferably Sales).
• 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in the industrial & construction segment.
