Position: Deputy Manager – Security

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily security operations, staff deployment, patrolling, and access control.
* Protect employees, visitors, materials, and company assets.
* Identify security risks and implement preventive measures.
* Supervise security personnel, maintain discipline, and conduct training.
* Monitor CCTV surveillance and ensure compliance with security procedures.
* Handle incident reporting, preliminary investigations, and emergency coordination.
* Coordinate with management, departments, and law enforcement agencies.
* Maintain security records and recommend operational improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

* Relevant experience in security management, preferably in an industrial or corporate environment.
* Proven ability to supervise security teams and manage challenging situations.
* Strong knowledge of access control, surveillance, asset protection, and emergency procedures.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
* High standards of integrity, confidentiality, discipline, and accountability.
