Major Responsibilities:
• Effectively supervise the processing and packaging of Dairy Products (UHT Milk, Cream, Milk Powders etc) and Juices
Managing Shift Operations from Reception of Raw Milk to handing over Finished Products
To ensure that the entire operation is being carried out according to Quality Plan, Quality system Procedures, Instructions & Standards
