REQUISITES:
Education: MBA or equivalent from HEC recognized institution
Experience: At least 4-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in Product Development within Financial Institutions or Asset Management Companies).
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To participate in development of new products and enhancement in exiting products of the company based on market/management requirement.
- Research on International best practices to develop new products and to propose improvement on existing products.
- Prepare research reports, product proposals, concept papers, business requirement document and presentations for new and existing products.
- Identify and recommend enhancements in existing products based on market trends, operational feedback, and customer insights.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and facilitate the execution of product development initiatives.
- Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product development plan.
- Review and propose amendments to draft regulations related to the assigned product, ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks and alignment with international benchmarks.
- Maintain organized records and documentation, including research data, regulatory references, and product development files, in both digital and physical formats as required.
- Support internal awareness, training, and audit readiness by ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Execute tasks and project components delegated by the Sr. Manager or HoD, including contributions to periodic reporting, performance tracking, or special assignments from regulators or management.
- Continuously monitor/automate business processes, benchmark with best global practices.
- Must ensure full support and compliance to various processes and business needs.
Required Skill:
- Strong research and report drafting skills.
- Must possess knowledge of capital market infrastructure and products
- Can work independently and effectively prioritize business needs.
- Proficient in MS Office apps
- Excellent interpersonal, liaison and presentation skills
