Description:
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
Excellent in ensuring social compliance
Strong analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Should have participated in certifications and social compliance audits (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP and SLCP etc...)
should have earlier worked in garment industry
Minimum 7-8 years relevant experience required
Candidate should have Bachelors/Masters degree in hand
