Description:

Qualification: Four years BS or MS in IT/ CS or a relevant degree
Experience: At least 5 years' of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on project management, and technical support. At least having 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a reputed organization.
Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, network
architecture, and security principles.
Proficiency in incident/helpdesk management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Relevant certifications (eg., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are preferred.
