⏳ Experience: 4 to 6 years in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
⚙️ Industry Preference: Prior experience in the automotive or related assembly/manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day warehouse workflows, ensuring safe storage, careful handling, and accurate dispatch activities.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits/counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain flawless digital and physical records.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff to ensure maximum productivity.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement modern strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and safety standards.
Cross-Departmental Alignment: Coordinate with procurement and production teams regarding material requirements and prepare routine operational reports.
🎓 Requirements & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Core Competencies: Expert grasp of stock optimization, warehouse space utilization, and tracking metrics.
