Deputy Manager

Chase Value is looking for Deputy Manager – Warehouse:
Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods efficiently.
•Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
•Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
•Supervise, train and motivate warehouse staff for peak performance.
•Implement and maintain safety and quality standards across the warehouse.
•Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

What We’re Looking For:
•Bachelors or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
•5–6 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or supply chain operations.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
•Preferably from Departmental Store
