🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces
Manage courier operations and ensure timely deliveries across Pakistan
Supervise OMS (Order Management System) for order flow, payment status, and fulfillment accuracy
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing
Oversee the order confirmation process via the call center outbound team to ensure accuracy and customer verification
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient coordination with internal departments
Analyze operational data and KPIs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, courier coordination, or OMS management
Strong understanding of platforms like Daraz and Shopify integrations
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
