The ideal candidate will hold a Pharm-D degree or an equivalent qualification and possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production. The role demands a professional who is not only familiar with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes but also has a thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance requirements.

As Deputy Manager Production, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring that all processes meet the quality standards and regulatory guidelines. You will coordinate with different departments such as quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance to maintain an uninterrupted and efficient production flow.
