Deputy Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deputy Manager to join our Risk Advisory Services team. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in internal audit and risk management, who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and deliver strategic advisory solutions to clients. The role involves overseeing internal audit engagements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as a trusted advisor on enterprise risk matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

Lead and mentor junior team members, review their work, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Promote knowledge sharing and provide on-the-job training to build team capabilities.

Engagement Management

Supervise risk advisory assignments from planning to completion. Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks, client requirements, and internal methodologies.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as a liaison for client engagements. Foster strong professional relationships, address client concerns, and deliver insightful, value-driven recommendations.

Internal Audit & Risk Assessments

Oversee the execution of internal audits and risk assessments. Ensure that audit objectives are met, findings are well-substantiated, and reporting standards are maintained.

Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices

Keep abreast of emerging laws and regulatory changes. Advise clients on compliance and industry best practices across sectors.

Reporting & Communication

Review and finalize audit reports, risk assessments, and key deliverables. Present findings to senior management and clients with clarity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Education: MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA (Qualified or Finalist)

✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or business consulting

✅ Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights

✅ Analytical Skills: Experience in business valuation, financial modeling, and risk analysis

✅ Work Ethic: Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
