A progressive and growth-focused Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Manufacturing company is urgently seeking a forward-thinking Deputy Manager / Manager – Organizational Development to lead change and drive performance across departments. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for development and performance improvement.
Lead change management initiatives that ensure smooth transitions and organizational alignment during structural or strategic shifts.
Design and implement talent development programs, leadership pipelines, and mentorship frameworks.
Drive employee engagement and performance management strategies to build a motivated and productive workforce.
Manage learning and development programs, identify training needs, and ensure effectiveness through assessments and continuous feedback.
Collaborate with senior leadership to support succession planning, workforce planning, and strategic HR policy development.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a relevant field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity related to organizational development.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, industry best practices, and OD frameworks.
Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional communication.
Experience using manufacturing tools, software platforms, and HR development systems.
Must be analytical, results-driven, and capable of leading change at scale.
