Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
✔️ Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and maintain accurate accounting records.
✔️ Budgeting & Forecasting: Create budgets, forecasts, and monitor financial performance.
✔️ Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the accounting team to maintain up-to-date data and records.
✔️ Variance Analysis: Analyze financial results and provide insights to management.
✔️ Auditing & Coordination: Work closely with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
✔️ System Improvements: Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting systems.
✔️ Special Analyses: Support management and investors with special financial analyses and reports.
