Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Garments Technology/ Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering.
Exposure:
• 3-4 years of manufacturing experience with automated sewingmachinery.
• Ability to lead production shift team & delivery ambitious results in Lean Manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills Proficiency in using computers, particularly in ERP-enabled environment
• Well-informed about latest developments in automated sewing
• Technical proficiency with pattern setting
JOB ROLE:
• Lead production shift team in computerized & automated stitching machine section
• Achieve production targets & meet delivery deadlines; expected to follow production plans
• .Work closely with Quality teams to resolve any issue as needed
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in respect to industry best practices
