Description:

Responsibilities:

1- Execute HR strategic objectives and HR projects in an efficient and timely manner.
2- Conduct job evaluation, analyze organizational structure and assess scope of work of employees.
3- Organize employee engagement activities including employee engagement surveys and conduct analysis to investigate trends and draft a report.
4- Assist the Line Manager in developing and refining performance management systems after conducting extensive research on global trends.
5- Conduct training needs analysis to identify specific trainings, recommend specific trainers for various training programs and ensure that they are included in annual calendar of activities.
6- Conduct skill gap analysis and draft career development plans for all critical positions of the organization as well as implement succession planning policies.
7- Facilitate team building exercises and design strategies to promote an organizational culture that results in enhancement of employee motivation and satisfaction.
8- Resolve ambiguities pertaining to introduction of updated SOPs and HR policies and procedures.
9- Identify potential candidates from various departments who are experts in their field to devise and implement various departmental policies and procedures.
10- Carrying out Performance Management System across all departments on a Annual / Bi-Annual & Quarterly basis.
11- Supervise all the on going operations
