📍 Location: Lahore, Pakistan

PalmPay is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Compliance to lead our internal compliance framework and manage regulatory relationships with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and other regulatory authorities.

🔹 Role Overview:
The Deputy Manager Compliance will oversee PalmPay Pakistan's internal compliance framework in line with SBP's regulatory requirements, ensuring employee operations, organizational processes, and departmental activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and governance requirements. This role is central to embedding a strong compliance culture across the organization.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage SBP on-site visits and ensure full compliance with SBP and other regulatory authorities' requirements
• Develop and enforce compliance policies to ensure smooth internal operations
• Monitor employee adherence to company rules, disciplinary standards, and ethical practices
• Ensure departments follow approved procedures and maintain transparency in operations
• Conduct compliance checks and operational audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Assess organizational risks and implement preventive measures
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management on employee operations and organizational practices
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance policies and organizational standards
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliance integration across functions

🔹 Requirements:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in organizational compliance, governance, or operations management
• Strong knowledge of corporate compliance frameworks, employee governance, and organizational policy enforcement, with hands-on experience handling SBP and its regulatory processes
• Proven leadership and ability to manage compliance teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in compliance or corporate governance will be an advantage
