Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Billing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US dental billing, insurance verification, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit dental insurance claims accurately.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, and rejected claims.
• Post insurance and patient payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and insurance issues.
• Maintain accurate patient billing records.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and appeals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US dental billing.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, CDT codes, and billing procedures.
• Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
