We’re seeking a dynamic Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across both B2B and B2C segments.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (email, social media, paid ads, webinars, etc.)
- Identify and qualify leads across academic institutions and real estate/mortgage sectors
- Build and manage prospect lists using CRM tools and data platforms
- Nurture leads through personalized messaging and follow-ups
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Craft compelling marketing campaigns tailored to each product’s audience
- Collaborate on content creation: landing pages, email sequences, social media posts, and promotional videos
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion
- Support brand positioning and product storytelling across digital platforms
Product-Specific Focus
- For Insight Academic Solution Plus:
- Target universities, colleges, high schools, and academic leaders
- Promote features like automated grading, curriculum design, and performance analytics
- For AI Agent for Real Estate & Mortgage:
- Engage real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and property service providers
- Highlight features like AI lead matching, CRM integration, and intelligent property insights
What You Bring
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales (B2B and/or B2C)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with academic technology or real estate/mortgage sectors is a plus
