Database Backend Developer

We are now expanding our team and seeking a talented Database Backend Developer to manage, optimize, and scale our ERP database systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain database structures for ERP modules.
• Ensure data integrity, availability, and security.
• Optimize database queries and performance tuning.
• Manage data backups, recovery, and migration processes.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure smooth integration with applications.
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide solutions proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in Database Administration / Development (2–4 years minimum).
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server).
• Experience in database design, normalization, and optimization.
• Familiarity with ERP or SaaS platforms preferred.
• Understanding of cloud database management (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
