Data Scientist

Description:

As a Data Scientist, you will work with complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve business processes, and create measurable impact through data.

Key Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s in CS / Statistics (Master’s preferred)

✔ 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related roles

✔ Strong expertise in evaluation metrics: precision, recall, F1, AUC, calibration

✔ Deep understanding of hypothesis testing, regression, diagnostics, and assumptions

✔ Hands-on experience with data leakage, overfitting, imbalance, multicollinearity, and drift

✔ Advanced skills in EDA, feature engineering, and signal vs noise analysis

✔ Ability to explain model behavior, uncertainty, and business impact

✔ Exposure to NLP, computer vision, diffusion models, and modern ML techniques

✔ Experience working with AWS / Azure / GCP and big data technologies
