Data Scientist

Description:

Stafflink is looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Voice AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-source data manipulation. This role requires a strong background in data extraction, vectorization, and NLP-based AI model development. The ideal candidate should be able to optimize AI-driven solutions for real-world applications, especially in telephony and conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 AI & Voice Technology Development
✔ Work with Telephony systems and Voice AI technologies to enhance AI-driven voice applications.
✔ Design and implement NLP-based solutions for improving AI-driven conversational models.

🔹 Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Data Processing
✔ Develop RAG-based systems for improved AI responses and data adaptability.
✔ Manipulate and integrate data from diverse sources for machine learning models.

🔹 AI Model Optimization & Implementation
✔ Develop efficient data extraction, vectorization, and module-building methods.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI models for real-world applications.
✔ Ensure data integrity and AI scalability through rigorous testing and validation.

Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, and machine learning.
✅ Proven experience in Telephony systems and Voice AI technologies.
✅ Strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & AI-driven data preparation.
✅ Hands-on experience with data manipulation, feature engineering, and model deployment.
✅ Expertise in NLP techniques, data extraction, vectorization, and AI adaptation.
✅ Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
✅ Experience with large-scale datasets & cloud-based AI solutions.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience in speech recognition and NLP model development.
✔ Understanding of vector databases & embedding techniques.
✔ Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.
✔ Knowledge of database management & data warehousing.
