Description:
• Advanced MySQL/SQL Scripting for Data Mining.
• Strong SQL / Linux / Shell Scripting and tableau Skills.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the fields of data manipulation, data integration, Adhoc reporting, data sampling & visualization.
• Must have knowledge of telecom KPIs, call flows, telecom architecture is required.
• Prepare Presentations for higher management i.e. CXOs, Department Heads & Managers.
•Correlation study, Root cause Analysis
• User behavior study Customer Complaints, CEM, NPM, KPI/KQI
• Adhoc requirements and Reporting . SSH tools for log Collection and troubleshooting.
• Build customized interactive reports and dashboards for management review and to address strategic business queries
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/CS/Telecom Engineering with outstanding analytical expertise
