- Employ industry-leading tools such as SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to ensure efficient and effective data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor data migration strategies accordingly.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of transferred data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues in a timely manner.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Expert, specifically in the context of CRM databases.
- Proficiency in utilizing SSIS and Azure Data Factory for data migration projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and validate data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Data Quality and Analytical Skills
- Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL)
- Data Modeling and Data Migration experience
