Description:

The Data Entry Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing our data entry team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data input, and contributing to our data management efforts. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and masterful proficiency in English to comprehend complex data and ensure quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, guide, and manage the data entry team, ensuring that all members are aligned with the team’s objectives and are performing their duties effectively.

Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of data input, identify errors or inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy.

Data Verification: Conduct thorough verifications of data entered, cross-checking information from complex websites, and extracting details of various programs with precision.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the data entry process, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations.

Performance Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the team, implementing strategies to boost efficiency, accuracy, and productivity to meet and exceed target goals.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on team performance, data accuracy, and other key metrics to upper management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication, and fostering a collaborative working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree in English or a related field.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a data entry or data management setting.

Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to comprehend complex data and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high standards of data accuracy.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Proficient in GOOGLE SHEETS - (MUST)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile to ensure team success.
