Gaba Orientals is a leading manufacturer, exporter and retailer of high-quality rugs, carpets, and home decor accessories. As part of our expanding E-commerce department, we’re seeking a skilled Data Entry & E-Commerce Account Manager to manage our product listings, orders, and reports across platforms like Shopify, Alibaba, and customer websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product & Order Management: Maintain and update product listings, track orders, and manage inventory across platforms like Shopify, Alibaba, and client websites.
- Excel Reporting: Generate detailed end-of-month reports from E-commerce platforms, presenting data in an analysis-ready format using Microsoft Excel.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely entry of product data, prices, and descriptions across platforms.
- Platform Management: Handle backend operations for Shopify and Alibaba accounts, ensuring smooth functioning and updated listings.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to assist in managing promotions, stock, and customer inquiries.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline data entry and E-commerce management processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience with Shopify, Alibaba, or other E-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Excel Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, with the ability to analyze data, create reports, and present findings effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating and learning different E-commerce platforms and tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with high attention to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online listings, orders, and customer inquiries.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce management or data entry.
