Role Overview:
As part of the founding team, the selected candidate will design and manage end-to-end data pipelines that power an AI-driven Treatment Navigator. This role focuses on both data flow and data quality, ensuring reliable and accurate insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale web scraping systems (Scrapy, Playwright, Selenium)
- Develop Python-based ETL pipelines
- Optimize Elasticsearch for fast and accurate querying
- Automate data workflows and scheduling (cron, Airflow)
- Implement data quality checks and validation frameworks
- Build monitoring and alerting systems for pipeline health
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and freshness
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues at scale

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong experience in large-scale web scraping
- Proficiency in Python for data processing
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and big data systems
- Experience with workflow automation and scheduling tools
