Data Engineer

Description:

NextGenI is looking for a Data Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing ETL pipelines and managing AWS-based data solutions. This role requires a client-facing professional with strong expertise in data engineering, AWS services, and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 ETL & Data Integration:

• Design and implement ETL processes for seamless data integration and transformation.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability across multiple data systems.

☁ AWS Cloud Expertise:

• Work with AWS services including Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and QuickSight to process large-scale data efficiently.
• Optimize and maintain data pipelines for peak performance.

🤝 Client Collaboration:

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver strategic solutions.
• Explain technical solutions effectively to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Extensive experience with ETL processes & data integration.
✔ Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, QuickSight).
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication skills to interact with clients & stakeholders.
✔ Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

Work Schedule & Employment Details:

✅ Work Type: Hybrid
✅ Employment Type: Full-time
✅ Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (option to switch to Mon – Fri after 2 months)
