ibex. Pakistan is looking for a motivated Data Analyst to support our Recruitment Marketing, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition teams by delivering actionable insights through data analysis and impactful dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze recruitment and lead generation data to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Looker Studio
• Work with ATS and marketing platforms such as iCIMS, Indeed, and social media channels
• Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet business needs

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in data analysis or reporting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Hands-on experience with dashboards and data cleaning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
