We’re Hiring – Data Analyst

NextGen Capital Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and performance tracking.

Location: DHA EME Society, J Block, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (PST) (6PM-2AM)

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze business and sales data
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Track KPIs and team performance metrics
Maintain data accuracy and dashboards
Provide insights to support management decisions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, reporting)
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Call center or sales data experience is a plus
