Hiring: Data Analyst (Full-Time, Onsite – Karachi)

Transviti is looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, Power BI dashboard development, and ETL processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data visualization principles, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations using tools like SQL, Power Query, SSIS, and Alteryx.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting and analytics requirements.

Create and optimize data models (star/snowflake schemas) for reporting efficiency.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all reporting processes.

Automate recurring reports and data flows to improve analytics operations.

Document data sources, ETL logic, and reporting solutions for future reference.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Report Design).

Experience in ETL processes using SQL, Power BI Dataflows, or ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Alteryx, Informatica).

Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts.

Excellent command of SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Must be a resident of Karachi.
